        The Constitutional Law Conference is a joint program of the American
Political Science Association and AALS.  We posted the registration form
prematurely because since we are joint sponsors, we needed to coordinate our
announcements with APSA.  We hope to have the brochure and registration
forms on our website shortly.  By copy of this message, I am asking Paul
Flood, AALS Publications Manager, to indicate to you when it should be
posted.
