News and commentary on interesting recent appellate decisions

        I've recently been reading and enjoying "How Appealing,"
http://appellateblog.blogspot.com, a timely, lively, thoughtful, and
well-written Web log that contains short reports and commentary on recent
appellate decisions, both from the Supreme Court and other courts.

        I have no business or social relationship with the author, but I
think he does very good work, so I thought I'd let my colleagues know about
this.  It's free, and, as best I can tell, entirely noncommercial (except
that I hope he'll eventually get some business out of this!).
