Gerald Gunther--sad news

I don't know if members of this list had heard the very sad news that Gerry Gunther diedTuesday at age 75 at his home.  He had lung cancer.  
His accomplishments over the many years since his family got out of Germany in 1938 were many, as you all well know.  He was also one of my teachers and was very kind to me throughout our knowing each other.  
He was a major person in constitutional law and it is a loss to us all.
