a claim too clear for cert

Well, the Supreme Court has always made clear that its role was not "error
correction" and that it left plenty of incorrect decision standing, given
its limited resources.  However, there seems to be a trend toward more
summary dispositions, and I wonder why they did not just summarily reverse
here.
