request for signatures on amicus brief

Dear Colleagues,
     Your support would be appreciated.
      I intend to submit a Supplemental Brief and Motion for Permission
to File with the Fifth Circuit for its  en banc rehearing of Veeck v.
SBCCI , 241 F3d 398 (5th Cir 2001)(private parties who draft model codes
have copyright power over the codes as enacted).
 Please let me know if you would like to see the Supplemental Brief and
supporting motion.

  Please feel free to pass this request onto anyone else you think may
be interested. All the earlier materials for the case are posted on line

            FYI,  I will be out of email range from Thurs. Oct 18
