Bush v. Gore Article

First, please (please!) let this not serve as a call to open the Bush v. Gore
debate again.

Second, I wanted to call your attention to an article in the Autumn 2001
Wilson Quarterly, "The Professors and Bush v. Gore," by my colleague Peter
Berkowitz, in which the expressed views of several prominent law professors
are critiqued.  Given the level of interest on this list in the case, and the
relative obscurity of the publication, I thought it was worth pointing out.
