Greenhouse Article

Folks might be interested to know that a recent issue of the
Economist has an article on how it believes the WTC attack and related
developments will increase the power of the federal government in numerous
ways vis a vis the states, a point not unlike that of Linda
Greenhouse.  I've seen this theme echoed in a couple of other places so I
certainly don't think she was an isolated voice on this issue.
