Symposium Issue on September 11?

        Are any list members aware of any law reviews or journals
planning a symposium issue on the September 11 attacks?

        I've recently completed an article that turned out to be more
topical than expected.  It is a constitutional/historical argument
against judicial deference to military decision-making and a
warning against a creeping form of martial law in this country,
entitled "Rehnquist's Vietnam:  Constitutional Separatism and the
Stealth Advance of Martial Law."  I'm an Air Force veteran (aircraft
and munitions maintenance officer) and generally write on
constitutional-military issues.
