Bush appointees

There's an interesting article in today's WSJ on Bush's appointees to the
Texas Supreme Court.  It emphasizes that they look more like Souter than
like Thomas or Scalia.  This includes Al Gonzales, who Bush has charged
with screening federal appointments.
