New thread: grading Justices and Opinions

I have not been following this thread, so please forgive me if I repeat
previous discussion. However, having picked up Eugene's call for
analysis, let me suggest an approach that might be less ideologically
bound:  fidelity to facts; content of reviewed decisions; openness of
reasoning.  On this basis, many ideologically liked opinions flounder.
On this approach, Buck v Bell is not a good opinion because it ignored
factual issues.
