Texas Annexation Redux

I can't resist.  Do any of the groups that claim Texas was not constitutionally annexed now claim that Al Gore is the constitutionally elected president on the ground that

1.  George Bush is not a citizen of the United States

2.  Mr. Gore won a majority of the electoral votes of all states constitutionally a part of the US.

If Justice Thomas wants to reconsider Calder and the dormant commerce clause, should progressives try and get him to rule on this one (and we don't even have a contrary Supreme Court decision that needs reversing!)
