Florida recounts revisited

I still think the story was largely buried.  I don't receive the
Washington Post in hardcopy but read about four national newspapers
on-line -- and I didn't find this story mentioned very widely,
certainly not with the big headline, front-page kind of coverage that
I imagine a report reaching the opposite conclusion would have
generated.
