A word about pacing

        Note that, as mentioned before, I'm pacing the list traffic at 20
messages per day; after that limit is reached, I save the messages for the
following day.  Thus, if you don't see your message come through, no need to
assume that there's a computer glitch -- it may just be that the 20-message
mark has been reached, and your message will come through tomorrow.
