The old standby is *Papachristou v. Jacksonville*, 405 U.S. 156 (1972);
*Chicago v. Morales*, 119 S.Ct. 1849 (1999) is the latest version dealing
with so-called "anti gang" ordinances.

prefer a decision -- not necessarily by the Supreme Court) -- striking down
