   As the discussion both on this list and on another shows, it might be
helpful if allegations about politicians or commentators behaving badly --
applying a religious test, or applying inconsistent standards to two
supposedly identical issues -- be made as specifically as possible, naming
names and circumstances.  I think this would help focus the discussion,
would be fairer to the groups being criticized, and would eliminate needless
messages asking "Who and what exactly are you referring to?"
