Another request

He never got his commission and never filed suit elsewhere. He went back
to banking (I believe).  He was not a lawyer and his JP appointment was
mostly honorific; there was little money involved, all income was based
on fees received.

 David Forte at Cleveland State Law School knows more about this than
anyone else.  I am including him in this e-mail in case he is not on the
