For those interested in the U.S. law governing the use of international human rights law in U.S. courts, I have just published Challenging Human Rights Violations:  Using International Law in U.S. Courts (2001).  The book addresses treaty law, customary international law, and jus cogens challenges to U.S. human rights violations, including:
