        I will be around only intermittently for the next week and a half,
and I therefore have the list set to be unmoderated.  Therefore please:

        1)  Try to keep an eye on the pacing yourself, and once about 15-20
messages arrive in a day, please save your futher responses until the
following day.

        2)  Be careful with what you send to the list, since I won't be able
to catch things that were accidentally sent to the whole list instead of to
one person, or other errors.

        3)  Check out http://www.law.ucla.edu/faculty/volokh/conlaw.htm if
you have any technical list problems; in fact, you might want to bookmark
the page right now just so it'll be easly available to you.
