Well, content was relevant in that the content would have allowed to
conclude that, given the stipulation of intent, the book DID IN FACT
assist the murderer in killing the decedents.
BTW, there was not a bad TV Movie made for F/X earlier this summer about
the case, based on Rod Smolla's book, DELIBERATE INTENT. I am using the
film and the case to set the scene for the class when we reach free
expression.
