Founders' Constitution Now on Web

Others may have received the same announcement that I did today, but for
those who did not, The Founders' Constitution, a 5-volume set of historical
documents edited by Philip Kurland and Ralph Lerner, is now available for
free on the web.  The web site can be searched in various ways.  I find this
to be a remarkable--and remarkably delightful-- development; thanks to the
Univ. of Chicago Press and to its collaborator, the Liberty Fund.
