6th Cir holds Child Support Recovery Act unconstitutional

        United States v. Faasse, 2000 WL 1369904 (6th Cir. Sept. 25),
http://laws.findlaw.com/6th/00a0337p.html, holds (3-0) the Child Support
Recovery Act unconstitutional, I believe creating a circuit split with
several other circuits.  Sure bet for cert, unless the 6th Cir takes it en
banc.
