Florida's Certificate of Ascertainment

For those interested, Florida's Certificate of Ascertainment has been received by the National Archives and is posted on their website:  http://www.nara.gov/fedreg/elctcoll/2000certa.html#begin (scroll down to Florida).  In the Certificate, Governor Jeb Bush recites that, "the twenty-five Republican Nominees for the office of Presidential Elector, having received the most votes are hereby elected Presidential Electors for the State of Florida, under authority of the laws of the State of Florida."
