        Folks:  My apologies for inadvertently sending the previous message
to the list -- I meant to send it to the FIREARMSCONLAWPROF list, but
mistyped.  The issue is at best tangentially relevant even to the discussion
we did have a few weeks ago on the 2nd Am and Michael Bellesiles' "Arming
America," and is thus probably just best deleted.  Thanks,
