No big deal

I *did* misunderstand Marty Lederman's point. I thought he was
suggesting that Eugene Volokh is making much ado about nothing. In
fact, he seems to be saying that First Amendment violations can be
prevented by a combination of correct interpretation of public
accommodations laws and, where necessary, application of the First
Amendment. With that I agree.
