Restrictions on Contributions to Independent Expenditure Committees.

I am working on an article addressing the constitutionality of
various state and local government restrictions on contributions
to independent expenditure committees.  I am aware of two
unpublished dispositions in federal courts in California -- one
involving Huntington Beach's ordinance about 5 years ago, and the
other involving  San Francisco's ordinance, against which a
preliminary injunction was entered last fall.  If anyone on this
list is aware of other such cases, I would be much obliged if you
could forward them to me, off list.
