Dear Eugene--please add this to my previous note--I accidentally sent it before I
added this:
(I acknowledge that the claim "well-fed" is debatable, because someone else in
the article calimed that Cubans "are starving" as a resut of the U.S. embargo on
trade.  I do not know what to believe on that question.)
