Is criminal procedure part of constitutional law?

It may be interesting that casebooks written by political scientists, particularly those less interested in constitutional theory, do have more material on criminal procedure.  Epstein and Walker comes to mind.  Others I believe also have the relevant section.  These casebooks, I hasten to add, have other disadvantages.
