Trading multiple choice questisns on free speech law

        I appreciate Ed's caution, but I think that the risk is pretty
small, and in fact small enough to be bearable.  To make things clear for
people, though, I should mention that students are allowed to keep the
questions -- I actually give my exam, including the multiple-choice section,
as a 48-hour take-home -- and that the questions are later made available to
UCLA law students (but not to other students) on a special private location
on the UCLA Web site.
