Cert granted in 4th Cir VAWA case (United States v. Morrison and Brzonkala v. Morrison)

        As many expected, the Court granted cert in the 4th Cir VAWA case
(United States v. Morrison and Brzonkala v. Morrison).  The questions, of
course, are whether the provision of VAWA at issue there is a proper
exercise of federal power (1) under the Commerce Clause or (2) under the
14th Am Enforcement Clause.  Any thoughts or predictions?
