Guns and sex threads

        It seems to me that the guns and sex threads are indeed swerving
off-topic (I regret to say that the former has done so with my own help
. . .).  I thought that perhaps if anyone feels they have anything more
to say on either thread, they could have one parting shot, and that we
might then return to more core constitutional law questions.  Of course,
any messages returning those threads back to more technical con law
matters -- for instance, discussing how the facts bear on particular
cases or hypotheticals -- are indeed very much on-topic.
