[BruinRotaract] Rotaract Minutes Week #3 Part 2...

Hey everyone, here are some additional things that you may be  
interested in knowing:

--Pet Shelter Info: Those attending should meet at 9AM this Saturday  
in De Neve Plaza. You will walk as a group to meet up with Karla, the  
driver who will be shuttling people back and forth from the pet  
shelter :).

--Reminder: We will not be meeting in Boelter 5420 during Week #4!  
Please meet with you assigned committee (or any committee of your  
choosing if you're not assigned) in the following locations and times  
next Wednesday:

Community Service Committee: 6PM at Kerchoff
Publicity & Social Committee: 6PM at Rendezvous
Professional Development: Meet @ the Bruin Bear @ 5:30PM to walk down  
to In-N-Out
Fundraising: 6:30PM at Rendezvous

--RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)(April 27-29 near Lake  
Arrowhead)!! Rotary's leadership training program for young people :).  
RYLA emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth, and aims  
to

    - Demonstrate Rotary's respect and concern for youth
    - Provide an effective training experience for selected youth and  
potential leaders
    - Encourage leadership of youth by youth
    - Recognize publicly young people who are rendering service to  
their communities

    -RYLA Counselor training date #1 ! The first of 5 training date  
Tues, Oct 25th, 6:30-8:30p @ Hacienda Hotel in El Segundo (right by LA).
