[BruinRotaract] Let's get recruiting!

Well Rotaractors, summer is coming to a close. Are you sad? Well don't  
be! Because this year Rotaract is going to rock your socks! And we're  
starting right away on Monday of 0 week!!! We've got a table at the  
enormous activities fair on Monday September 21 and we're gonna be  
telling all those Bruins out there what they're gonna miss out on if  
they don't join Rotaract!

So, anyone who is willing to volunteer for half an hour or more, go  
out to the Doodle poll and put your name down! It would be great if we  
could get 2 people per shift, so if your flexible try to sign up for a  
shift without anyone or only one person on it. Here's the link:

Next, just so everyone knows meetings are Wednesdays at 6 pm in  
Ackerman 2412. First member meeting will be Week 1 on Sept. 30th!

Continuing on, I'm going to spam you later with an invite to join  
Orgsync. It is a new portal for UCLA student groups. You should join  
in and then you'll have access to Rotaract's orgsync page which will  
have a calender and all sorts of information (eventually). So, I  
really encourage you to go out and do that.

Lastly, I think that we need to have some major fun before classes  
really get going. I think we should have a social sometime in week 0  
(maybe sometime Saturday?), just to get things going! So, if you've  
got ideas, time preferences, day preferences, please email me (Kency,  
knsyncro at ucla.edu).

I'm looking forward to a spectacular season of service this fall!!!  
Remember, we are only as active as our members are. We will be awesome  
(that's a given when we're talking about such a fun group of people as  
us, right?) the question is how awesome. And that is all up to you  
members! We're going to have a committee structure this year with a  
lot more member involvement and I encourage everyone to really make  
Rotaract your club!
