[Avrora] how to measure cpu cycles of cipher usign avrora

I am using avrora to simulate code written in tinyos...

I want to find the cpu cycles of a cipher that i have implemented..

What is the way to get it ?


I have in my code ..

*call Encryption.encryption(plain_block, master_key,cipher_block);*

*
I need to find cpu cycles taken only  by this function encryption... *
*

Can any one help me ?
