[Avrora] Simulation Error

Well the "Broken Pipe" bit is the important message, that means that the other end of the connection has terminated unexpectedly, check that the serialforwarder is actually running and that it is set up correctly.

no activity on the SerialForwarder either..

program seems to be running but no transmission seems to be taking
place..any idea whats wrong??
