[Avrora] Flash energy consumption (again)

Hi,

I am evaluating the energy consumption for the flash external memory using
Avrora (1.7.106).

I need to know how much energy spend one application reading/writing
different block sizes ranging between 1 byte and 16KB.

The time spent in these operations are reasonable, but my problem is that I
am getting strange results of the energy returned by the simulator.

For sizes from 1 to 256 bytes I’m getting X Joules, and for bigger sizes
(1KB to 16KB) the energy decreases.

I can’t find any reason for this behavior. Anybody knows what is happening?

Is the energy model implemented by Avrora influencing these results?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Soledad.
