[Avrora] elpm bug fixed

My student Xuejun fixed a nasty bug in ELPM with post increment, where 
Avrora fails to increment RAMPZ when Z rolls over.

Since avr-gcc uses ELPM to initialize the data segment, the bug causes 
programs to be place the wrong values into RAM.  Not fun to track this down.

This mail is informational, I already applied the patch.
