Hi,

I committed the avroraz changes i did to support: 

Features:

- real-time cca, rssi and correlation values.
- lossy radio model which takes into account fading, noise and interference.
- noise file handling
- cc2420 radio energy consumption 
- improved PrintMonitor
- sniffer monitor that is compatible with the Daintree Network Analyzer

The lossy radio model can be used by adding the option (lossy-model=true). If you don't specify this option, the radio model will be the same radius model you were using.

If you see that anything breaks or you do not agree with any changes, let me know and we will try to improve it.
