[Avrora] How To DEBUG with Avrora

Hello all.

I am new in tinyos Ground.I started with Tossim . using tutorials , i could
easily use dbg command and attach channels to simulator and see what is
going on .
But , unfortunately , i could not find any tutorial to use the same concept
in Avrora .
I  must must must use Avrora , since it supports Tosthread.

How can i read values from simulator while simulating?Hey I need really
Fruit Full tutorial .

any help is greatly appreciated.
