[Avrora] objdump loader localistaion bug

Hi, 
with localized LANG environment objdump produces localized output with the 
string:
"Disassembly of section" replaced by "Déassemblage de la section" which 
breaks avrora  loader (package avrora.syntax.objdump) ... 
I attach a patch which fixes the problem for French environment, a more 
general solution should be better...
