[Avrora] Radio model in Avrora

Hello Simon,

some years ago I programmed the free space radio model for avrora. 

1. No, there is no noise on the channels. But it should be easy to add...

2. Yes, they packets get or-ed. Be aware that timing is crucial here. Thus,
packets can also be only partially or-ed...

3. No, there is nothing you can parameterize in the radio model (except from
choosing the default or the free space radio model).

Just for your information: The free space model differs from the default one
by adding free space radio propagation ;-)

Maybe Ben has added more features, but this is all I am aware off.
