[Avrora] Skewed trace output

Hey,

I am encountering a problem with skewed output when running the following
below:

java -jar /opt/avrora-beta-1.6.0/jar -platform=mica2 -nodecount=2 -seconds=
0.001 -action=simulate -simulation=sensor-network -monitors=trace
-colors=false main.od > trace.log

I am using java version IBMJava2-142 on Ubuntu Server kernel version
2.6.15-23-server.

The program (main.od) is the SenseToRfm provided in the apps directory of
tinyos-1.1.0.
The same problem occurs when this is ran in cygwin.


But the problem only seems to occur when using multinode sensor network
simulation,
e.g. if I  do
java -jar /opt/avrora-beta-1.6.0/jar -platform=mica2
-seconds=0.001-action=simulate -monitors=trace -colors=false
main.od > trace.log
it works ok.


Anybody got any ideas?
