[Avrora] jar question

Maybe it's just my system but I don't have any makejar script. Neither
in avrora or anywhere else on the system. 

I've run into that problem as well but did not care so much as the class
files are working fine for me. Would be nice to have a make target to
build (unofficial) jar files for avrora.
