[Avrora] Specifying node topology

Hello,
no, you cannot specify the radio range in Avrora, because Avrora is an
emulator. Thus, you specify the transmission power in your program (probably
TinyOS) and based on the transmission power Avrora computes the transmission
range.
This range is based on the well-known freespace model. It is implemented in
Avrora.sim.radio.freespace. Some days ago, there was a post about the range,
this post even includes the exact lines of code, where the transmission
range is computed...
