Hello Ram,

here is an example, safe your topology to a file and give it is option to
avrora...

#OL: 10/29/2004
#simple topology specification
#
#this is a sample topology file
#it contains a 4x4 grid in x-y direction
#
#systax: nodeName x y z
#nodeName: any sting without space
#coordiantes: integer values,
#per node one line
#negative coordiantes are welcome
node0 0 0 0
node1 0 15 0
node2 0 30 0
node3 0 45 0
node4 15 0 0
node5 15 15 0
node6 15 30 0
node7 15 45 0
node8 30 0 0
node9 30 15 0
node10 30 30 0
node11 30 45 0
node12 45 0 0
node13 45 15 0
node14 45 30 0
node15 45 45 0

Hope this helps,
Olaf
