About Healthychild	English (USA)
Welcome. This listserv helps us to disseminate important news and information about the UCLA Center for Healthier Children, Families and Communities, a multi-disciplinary program of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Department of Pediatrics and UCLA School of Public Health. Our Center is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all children through innovative early childhood services and community capacity building. Although we would like to sponsor online discussion groups, the listserv is designed to prevent distribution of unwanted mail to its members and is, therefore, exclusively an outgoing email notification system. In other words, listserv members may not post messages to the rest of the group (the posting messages function in the Using Healthychild section below has been disabled). Please be assured that your name and email address will be used only for the purposes of this listserv and will not be shared with other listserv members or organizations. Using Healthychild
To post a message to all the list members, send email to healthychild@lists.ucla.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Healthychild
Subscribe to Healthychild by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
