BOL Mailing List Service
Communications Technology Services offers a mailing list service to all UCLA students, faculty, and staff for academic and university business purposes. The BOL mailing list service uses Mailman, which manages electronic mail discussion and e-newsletter lists. Our service is integrated with the web, making it easy for users to manage their subscriptions and for list owners to administer their lists. We support built-in archiving, automatic bounce processing, content filtering, digest delivery, spam filters, and more. Our lists take the form of LISTNAME@lists.ucla.edu.
Lists are available to UCLA faculty, staff, and students for any academic or university business purpose. Every list must have an owner who is either a faculty, staff, or student of UCLA.
To sign up for a mailing list, please visit the UCLA Lists Request Page.
Once the request has been submitted, the list is created after three business days. Requests from individual students and student groups are subject to verification of faculty sponsorship.
